MR GNABA DAGOH BINARY

Bringing people together to give projects a lasting impact. Co-founder and Managing Director of GreenExperts.sarl, Mr Gnaba Dagoh Binary specialises in local development and community projects. He connects territorial needs with team organisation and the resources needed to act.

He holds a Master’s degree in Communication and a Master’s degree in Human Resources, and is certified in results-based project management. This background shapes a leadership approach focused on dialogue, stakeholder mobilisation and consistent delivery, with a clear priority: achieving results that benefit communities.

His expertise in child protection, adult learning and pedagogy brings a human and educational dimension to this approach. Supporting adult learners, adapting teaching to different audiences and addressing protection needs help build informed participation.

Administrative, accounting and logistics management complements his ability to mobilise people. It connects a project’s ambition to its everyday operation: organising resources, supporting teams and giving activities the means to continue.

NIAMKEY Eustache Mesmin, co-founder and Director of Projects, Strategic Planning and Sustainable Development

NIAMKEY Eustache Mesmin

Preventing pollution also means protecting health and living conditions. This conviction gives meaning to NIAMKEY Eustache Mesmin’s commitment. As co-founder of GreenExperts.sarl and Director of Projects, Strategic Planning and Sustainable Development, he applies his environmental health expertise to solutions grounded in local realities.

A quality management engineer with a Master’s degree in Public Health, specialising in Health Management, and a Specialised Certificate in Project and Programme Monitoring and Evaluation, he links risk understanding with organised action. His experience in internal QSE auditing, occupational health and waste recovery supports a practical requirement: designing interventions that teams can implement, monitor and improve.

The waste management project at SAPH – Toupah Agro-Industrial Unit illustrates this approach. Raising residents’ awareness, supporting source separation and sustaining composting require technical rigour as well as dialogue. As waste management is progressively brought under control, his work connects everyday actions with an organisation capable of supporting them over time.

His doctoral research, focused on Environment, Quality and Prevention, extends this attention to local realities. It reflects a desire to understand the conditions for change and inform decision-making. Within GreenExperts.sarl, he pursues a clear ambition: making environmental protection a practical, shared responsibility embedded in everyday practice.
